Bio
Executive Director of the Legal Aid Bureau of Maryland. He was the vice chair of the Project Advisory Group from 1974 to 1978. He was Chair of PAG from 1978 to 1982, and since then, he’s been a member of the Executive Committee of PAG. Charlie is also a member of the ABA Standing Committee on Legal Aid and Indigent Defendants.
