Bio
Beverly Groudine has been a staff member of the American Bar Association for many years, working on a wide range of issues regarding access to justice including: Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) and other funding initiatives for legal aid; delivery of high quality civil legal services to persons living in poverty; and pro bono policy development. She currently serves as chief counsel to the ABA Commission on Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) and associate counsel to the ABA Standing Committee on Legal Aid and Indigent Defendants (SCLAID). Bev began her legal career at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago, where she was a staff attorney for six years and a supervisory attorney for three years.
